Website Privacy Notice
Last updated: 30 August 2026
This notice explains how personal data may be processed when you visit erukondynamics.com, use the contact form or contact ERUKON by email.
01
Data controller
The controller for this website is ERUKON Dynamics S.r.l. (“ERUKON”), with registered office at Via Vincenzo Giuffrida 203/A, 95128 Catania (CT), Italy. For privacy enquiries or to exercise your data-protection rights, contact us at mario@erukondynamics.com or by certified email at erukondynamics@pec.it.
02
Data processed when you visit
The technical providers used to host, deliver and protect this website may automatically process limited technical information, including:
- IP address and date and time of access;
- the requested page or resource;
- browser and device information;
- response, error and security-event data.
These data are used to make the website available, maintain security, prevent misuse and diagnose faults. The legal basis is ERUKON’s legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This technical processing is inherent in internet communication; without it, the website cannot be delivered.
03
Contact form and email enquiries
The contact form is provided through HubSpot and may ask for your name, surname, work email address, organisation, role or function and a brief description of the product programme and decision or evidence requirement you are responsible for. HubSpot may also process submission time, IP address, browser or device information and other technical data needed to deliver and protect the form. New enquiries are recorded in ERUKON’s HubSpot CRM so that ERUKON can respond and manage the correspondence.
Form submissions and emails may be processed to reply, understand the operational context, manage the correspondence, take requested pre-contractual steps, comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights. Depending on the request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c) or 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The separate option to receive further ERUKON communications is voluntary and is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Fields marked as required are necessary for ERUKON to assess and respond to the request; the remaining information is voluntary. Please avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
04
Recruitment applications
If you apply for a role by email, ERUKON may process the information contained in your CV, project descriptions, attachments and related correspondence to assess your profile, communicate with you and manage the recruitment process.
Processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where relevant, ERUKON’s legitimate interest in organising recruitment under Article 6(1)(f). Application data are retained for the time needed to complete the relevant selection process and meet legal or defence requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Any longer retention for future opportunities will be based on an appropriate legal basis.
05
Cookies and analytics
ERUKON does not use website data for advertising or profiling. The embedded HubSpot form and its reCAPTCHA anti-spam protection may process technical identifiers or use storage mechanisms needed to deliver, secure and protect the form from abuse. These third-party components are loaded when the contact section is displayed. If non-essential technologies are introduced, ERUKON will update this notice and provide any consent mechanism required by law.
06
Recipients and international processing
Personal data may be accessible, where necessary, to:
- people authorised by ERUKON;
- website hosting, delivery, security and email service providers;
- HubSpot, as the contact-form and CRM service provider;
- Google, as the provider of the reCAPTCHA anti-spam service;
- public authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law.
ERUKON does not sell website data or use it for advertising or profiling. Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will take place under Chapter V GDPR using an adequacy decision or another legally recognised safeguard. Information about the applicable safeguards may be requested by email.
07
Retention
Technical data are retained only for the time necessary to provide and protect the website, investigate security events and meet legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Contact-form submissions, CRM contact records and email correspondence are kept for the time needed to answer and manage the request and any proportionate follow-up, and may be retained longer where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data used for optional further communications are retained until consent is withdrawn or the purpose no longer applies, subject to any necessary record of the consent and its withdrawal.
08
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to mario@erukondynamics.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
09
Automated decisions and updates
ERUKON does not use website data for automated decision-making or profiling. This notice may be updated if the website, its technical configuration or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
